It’s not always worth giving up and pivoting. Often times you have to push through a threshold.

A common occurrence is never focusing on the goals you set out. And that’s ok. If there are other things you focused on it’s a good indicator you should let the goal go.
Its not worth having it linger in your subconscious when it is not a priority. You can always come back to it

-Warm up correctly
-Regularly assess my ROM
-Respect that range (of motion)
-Customise exercise to my anatomy
-Pre-workout mobility (NOT stretching)
It takes <30 minutes a month to prevent years of frustration.
