    . Support is also hit or miss with Brinks. I’ve called in and had agents who knew less about their security system as trained employees than I do as a user. That does not inspire confidence.

    . If you are always experiencing high call volume, and customers have to wait 30 minutes just to talk to a support rep, it’s not “higher than normal.” It’s simply referred to as “normal” call volume. Hire more agents. This isn’t rocket science.

    . is easily the most frustrating service I pay for. I call them & they *always* have “higher than normal” call volume. Wait times *always* 20-30 minutes. Use their chat support, & it’s a useless a chatbot, even when you’re told you’ll be chatting w/ a live agent.

    President Biden is also a good, decent man, and we need that in the White House—especially now. I look forward to being able to disagree with my president while also believing that he is doing what he thinks is best for the country.

    No president is going to please everyone all the time, but I’m looking forward to the White House not being a source of national embarrassment. Joe Biden is a sane and capable person, and it will be nice—after the last four years—to have a president who takes his job seriously.

    We learned today that are incapable of defending our Capitol buildings and members of Congress. Leadership: We all knew there'd be a mob gathering today. How could you not be prepared? Your officers tried to hold ground, but you didn’t prepare them.

    . really messed things up today. My package required an adult signature. Not only did they NOT deliver the package but claim they did, they (the driver?) also changed it to “no signature required.” Where is my package? (See screenshots)

    To those who want to shut down or defund the US Postal Service, remember that gets the job done, even during a pandemic. Those other shipping companies… not so much. I don’t want to live in a world where companies like are carrying important mail.

    . service is really horrible. Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Update says “delivery attempted.” NOT true. Was here all day 5 ft from door. Says it was 2nd attempt. NOT true. Didn’t arrive in my city until yesterday morning. Driver lied. Not the first time.

    These are all the updates I received for the package (image). Are can be seen, the updates are simply not true. How can it be the 2nd delivery attempt if the package arrived at 8 AM the same day? How can even be trusted?
