Thanks. So by my reading it's either (1) not a good look that there's so many women or (2) the particular women Labor selected are its weak link/not up to it.
From memory, he made vaguely disparaging comments about the Tasmanian Labor Senate lineup in the chamber a month or so back, so I imagine it's more likely the latter.
