That's bad news for my sister's boyfriend who has a son who's 5 I think maybe 6 and he can hardly talk apart from a few words, can't use a toilet, struggles to be showered and struggles with eating too.

What funding he has got from the old system has been a god send for his development. They're pushing him to use it all up now so he can be transitioned to the NDIS already.
