I don't believe those wait times for a second. Like every other statistic released by this do nothing government, they're made up.
From personal experience, wait time is well in excess of 30 minutes before they answer your call #auspol

So only 37% of all calls 23.3/(23.3+4+36.3) were successful? Only 4 calls in 10 will provide the needed help? I’m appalled - these are our most vulnerable people. We need to do better.

Less than half the calls are answered. How many of those are dealt with satisfactorily? I know fmy families experience is less than half the time. To extrapolate is risky but that means less than 25 percent dealt with satisfactorily. The minister claims a system working well.
