.@AndrewRestuccia and I called many of Kavanaugh's 65 female HS acquittances who signed a letter supporting him. After his accuser came out on Sunday, only TWO said they still stood by him. More than two dozen didn't respond, and two declined to comment.https://politi.co/2NjREVl

Did any of you tell you the story of HOW they came to be cited in the letter of support? Did @ChuckGrassley just pull the names of 65 Republican women between the ages of 50 and 55 who grew up in Bethesda?

Read the Buzzfeed article. A Republican activist who knew him in HS got in touch with HER network using social media. She didn't mention this allegation when she asked for support.

Ford passed a polygraph. I know those things are only 85% reliable, but would Kavanaugh take one? Since he's been accused of lying in a number of areas, that might be useful. Why should he be the one who doesn't have to prove anything?

My concern if he was blackout drunk as his comrade Mr. Judge says he was, Kavanaugh might likely not remember the attack. Shameful and if so, terrible that the victim has to remember all her life long.

“Blackout drunk” means he would have been? That’s right “Blacked out”.

Actually, blackout drunk usually means so drunk his body doesn't work properly to retain memories:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2800062/ …

Exactly. He wasn’t “blackout drunk”. He was sexual predator revealing drunk

Apologies, I thought you were using "blacked out" like "out cold".. They're usually interchangeable here, and I assumed (wrongly) you meant that. So, Sorry for being an ass. :)

Especially when he went to an ALL BOYS High School! How many boys who went to non-co-ed schools could name 6.5 - let alone 65 - girls they knew in High School? This rebuttal was SO RIGGED from the start. No wonder they're hiding now!
