Didn't expect this to blow up. This isn't a statement about those other players, but it's nice to zoom out every once in a while and put the team's history in context. It can sorta blow you away, make you reevaluate current players' impact.

And he's 3 HR from cracking Top-10 All Time Mets list. If the Mets are smart and lock him up, he'll need to average about 22.6 HR over the next 6 seasons to top Straw's 252, which I feel is very doable.
