I don't think it's anodyne in current US climate. Google Memo is a great indicator of that.

I believe (personal + media evidence) that there's a substantial portion of US pop who is triggered by ‶diversity″ and ‶inclusion″ words.

In the US you can't say ‶diversity″, ‶inclusion″, ‶marginalized″ to mean the literal denotations because they're bound to tribe signaling.

This is why I refuse to believe the waveform doesn't collapse. I know the math works out. But it offends my sense of aesthetics.
