Sexist institutional structures exist which we can change. Why does it matter if populations differ due to genes vs culture?

Not sure what you intend. Guess: ‶We can't know if institutional structures are sexist until we determine sexism measure.″ Is that it?
-
If cultural, institutional structures can be changed. Sexism exists. Therefore, sexist institutional structures can be changed.

This is obviously not true of, say, boxing. It is obviously true of, say, a men's club. Where does Google fall?
-
We can certainly change boxing and men's clubs, for example by banning them; but maybe you mean that boxing is sexist by nature?
-
I mean that male-only boxing is 99% genetic, and e.g. male-only Freemasonry 100% cultural.

I think I was watching a women's boxing match last week?
-
Was the term 'male-only boxing' unclear in some way?
