I ran into a similar issue with intermittent fasting. My sense of hunger plunged, satiation skyrocketed. Brain has to catch up w. new normal

The all-meat tribe (who are confusing misnamed "zerocarbers") typically report that they eat only once or twice a day.

N.B. "Zerocarb" is a misnomer for that tribe! They eat more than zero carbs, but they do not eat "zero-carb" plants or artificial foods.

as well as my interest in sweet things. I suspect moderate carb tolerance is an adaptation like lactose; no one thrives on the standard dose
