there was a bit o' the spirit of April in my reply... For serious, yoga is meditation. Asana a means to that end. Namaste and good luck

:P Sorry. Well, if there was a sport called 'extreme body control' I'd do it. Meditation is much less my thing.

I'm still working up to two plates on the bench. But I do a set with zero thought. Meditation = mind gainz To each their own!
