@BisectHosting have been reliable for me and I have been running servers anywhere from 10-200 players. They have simple plans that are just the service and you do everything yourself or premium where all you have to do is choose the modpack/version you want. (but can still edit)Thanks. I use verygames. I've been using them for years now for all kind of games including Minecraft. Never had any issue. Price are reasonable and service is helpful and active. They have unlimited slots for MC servers too.
