That's fair, wear what you want, whatever makes you happy. Just don't get mad when someone thinks you look like an alien extra in Mars Attacks, remember you're not doing it for them.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and not like it, tho, that being said, what I wear on my face doesn't personally affect them, so I would be surprised to find someone complaining about it.
