Out of curiosity, who thinks people should be held accountable for the hate and harassment comments they make online when they think they're anonymous?

I think the key here is that people assume that ANYTHING = fired... I assumed going in that we were talking about actually important stuff, like if you were cyber stalking and threatening someone, or constantly harassing someone in particular with violent/offensive/racist shit

So if someone sexually harasses you online, reporting it to their employer is not fair on them?
