Oh yeah this colour hair can be really challenging. One thing you could try next time is painting in black and white first if you struggle with the values, then adding colour after! You did an incredible job though!
Ah good tip!! I actually painted this in illustrator which I find more challenging I may try Photoshop next time as I feel the brushes are better
I would absolutely recommend painting in photoshop. I used it religiously when I used to freelance.
