What can I do about @UNILAD posting an article on @facebook suggesting I have been banned on @Twitch due to allegedly having X-rated videos? This is absolutely defamation.

Think this qualifies under UK defamation law. Also as you are part of the Method brand you need to have its legal team look at it. Sorry to say but hurting the brand may cause them to retract faster then you as an individual.
