The issue is that disgusting comments are usually made towards women. We understand it because we are constantly the butt of the joke, not the aggressors.

That's not to say that women are perfect and we're never the aggressors, but I think I have a good idea where you're coming from right now.
4 years ago I would have laughed at 'SJW', girls like @sojogoes can tell you, I wasn't very forgiving or kind towards women. Then I learned what it was like to be in the position where I am constantly the butt of a joke or the object of sexualisation.

Good on you... But the problem at the moment is the whole of the social media environment, its absolutely shocking and level of abuse and trolling is a disgrace, the heads of these massive companies should be ashamed of themselves..they've allowed it to happen..
