Dumb comment. I think it really promotes the wrong attitude too. When you start waving your big crusader sword around, calling girls titty streamers, you just encourage your audience to do the same when they see fit.
One of the biggest problems is people just thinking it's alright to insult every girl streamer for whatever reason, be it 'cleavage', 'too much makeup', 'booty shorts' or even when they dress extremely conservatively, they're still belittled and insulted.
