I think the concern is the streams entirely revolving around the body selling aspect. It has no place on Twitch. Not ALL streamers do that obviously, but there are some. I thought this was established a while ago, I hate having this argument every 2 weeks

I think this is all up for debate at the moment (assuming the discussion is not hostile). There are plenty of things on Twitch that flirt with the ToS. And there's not much clarification from Twitch as to "no, that's not cool" and "yeah, that's fine."

If anyone (read: not just girls) sells anything that can be construed as pornography with advertising on twitch, that's gotta go. Nothing else i care about.

And if those ppl cross that line, they get reported & Twitch handles it. Sometimes it's only a temp ban, but it's not like twitch allows actual porn on the site. I'm fine with ppl who focus mainly on their body - it doesn't affect me at all. Sure I'll get shitty trolls but that

The problem is that when someone uses twitch as a platform to sell things like that, it opens the platform up to liability issues if sold to people underage

What examples do you have? The only thing I can think of offhand is to advertise your Twitter, Snapchat, Patreon, etc that goes above and beyond what the Twitch ToS allow. Linking pornography through Twitch is against ToS I THINK. Not sure what else tho.

I meant patreon and stuff. Linking to and alluding to anything involving pornography needs be an immediate perm ban

I don't agree with the perm ban. I think that there needs to be opportunities for education and coaching as to what's cool and what's not. A slap on the wrist and being told what should be done makes sense financially for everyone.

I think repeau offenders should get the ban on, but also if there's evidence they are aware they are breaking the rules I think first offense could be a permaban too. Its case by case

Linking to / advertising NSFW / Lewd patreons directly from Twitch is against the rules. It's a recent change so you'll see more "slaps on the wrist" for the time being, but be sure to report offenders you see.

I wonder how does this apply to Instagram.. I have swimsuit shots and some glamour stuff there too. Am I not allowed to advertise this social channel now? Also clarification on what constitutes as 'lewd' would be great.
