If you haven't met her yet,
@ImKortney has been doing body paints on Twitch and I don't think she marks herself "mature." She also has rules for herself too (such as not standing up until her chest is mostly covered with paint).
Afaik, it's allowed to be seen once pasties and a layer of paint has been applied :)

Yes, that sounds about right. I think it could be fine for you to bring to Twitch, especially if you have good, trustworthy mods. Good luck with it. You both do great work.

Having watched a couple of painting sessions, the liberal use of Subs-only mode is just what is necessary. Even for all of the mods in the world, chat just loses its damn mind sometimes. Unfortunate behavior spoiling interactions for other non-subs. :\
