The only deterrent for girls wanting to stream is the constant slut shaming that gets thrown around regardless of what they do.

Viewers have set the mindset that women on stream are objects, not humans, to be judged and abused and it's absolutely horrendous. Personality for men we need to stop enabling others to think this kind of thinking is ok. Everyone's a human, and should be treated as such.
