What the hell is going on at Twitch so many content creators are lashing out over Perma-Bans and stuff...Twitch is getting worse by the day.

Never heard of being banned for the music thing, because Twitch mutes the vod..

The TOS clearly states they don't need to say anything and the fraud ban is indef. So, USE PAYPAL or a reliable BIG bank.
