ToC is irrelevant. That's THEIR guidelines. People can still react to things how they feel and the general consensus is communities don't
Your logic doesn't make sense. If it's within the ToC then there technically isn't an issue, you don't get to decide what is and isn't OK.

Yes you're entitled to an opinion, but when your opinion is 'twitch is a gaming site, you may only game' then your opinion is wrong.

The ToC for Instagram is no nipple. Is that right because it's in the ToC despite communities asking for it to be changed?
