Not sure what world it's okay to say to random people you would 'fondle' them..

I wouldn't say I was sensitive. I'm not offended, I just thought it was a particularly creepy comment to say to someone.
The word fondle makes me cringe to begin with, let alone the thought of a random person suggesting that to me.

I feel like I'm a person who receives suggestive, perverted comments on the daily, if I don't like them, I have a right to speak up.
