Unless you wanna bring up the calculation of how hot the water should be to optimally dissolve the milk I reject that logic.

I expect a stream/YT video of you taking a nice big sip on your freshly brewed tea to taste test the sugar without burning your mouth!

OK I've gone and done some research and I agree that ultimately it makes no difference; dissolution is the same and too hot to taste test.
