Not sure how I overreacted, I find it extremely innapropriate to spam msg someone and finish on 'i fapped like 2-3 times' this is so not OK.

You're digging yourself a deeper hole. We don't like being told we're being masturbated over, it's not a compliment. It's inappropriate.
He could have left it, and not mentioned that, and all would be fine. Instead he added the unsolicited sexual remark.
