Legit Q Sart - why was my picture OK and the other lassie's not? Since we both rep orgs.

I wanted you to humour me and answer now in one single tweet why it's OK, I know what I think myself. Is that difficult?

My stance on it is that first and foremost I am representing myself as an individual. While the org directly benefits from my success, I -

- don't think I need to censor myself, or others should as long as the org has no issue with it.

And I believe, people feel you're being hypocritical because despite your denial, you are representing yourself too. Even if you're not-

a 'brand' per se. What's really important to remember is the opinion of the org, if the org doesn't mind, you shouldn't either. :)
