My repair guy never showed up. I am attempting to fix this borked toilet handle myself. Will report back with results.

In the meanwhile, one time, in the middle of the night... I pooped and blocked the toilet in a streamer house.
I had to stay up an additional 2 hours chain flushing the loo. I never admitted it was me. Just prayed no one -

woke up to my incessant poop flushing in late hours while everyone was fast a kip.

You can imagine my relief when the obstinate turd finally went down and was never to be seen again.
