@Djari328 - Haha, you're not an idiot. Cooking, like anything, takes practice. And there are a lot of different techniques to cook a steak. -
@Djari328 - For example, you can sear it on the pan and then finish the cooking in the oven. Or you can solely cook it on the stove.
