There isn't enough known about mental health atm, and what little we do know is often dismissed and a stigma surrounding it. I'll always encourage people to speak to someone if you need to. Even if it's a stranger on a forum. There is help out there!

Mental health can be so fragile, especially on these platforms where rules of social conduct don't seem to apply in some people's heads. One misplaced comment here, one hurtful joke there, it adds up, it can break a person, sometimes it will break a person. Take care of everyone
