I'm going to be taking a break from social media, throughout the past week and with yesterday being the catalyst, it has taken the biggest toll on my mental health. Yday was the first day in my recollection that I have suffered multiple debilitating panic and anxiety attacks.

same thing happened to me... reading all of the stories stirred some shit up that i burried for over a decade and has left me with the worst mental and physical pain i have been since having cancer.. i hope ppl seehow crazy common this things are 4 women, lots of love to you!
