No, not until you are asked.

there is no asking, if your channel is DMCAd that's an instant strike and unless made incorrectly, it's going to be permanent. 4 strikes = account removed.

I’ve been thinking about doing this too. I got a 24 hour ban for a clip from over a year ago that had Ariana Grande in it.
