movement, please educate yourself, share meaningful resources and amplify the voices of your black peers.

You know that you push into hate when many of those artists only have a good spirit in mind when doing those projects?
#BLM isn't a trend, everybody should be part of it and when it comes to art it should be even more open.
For sure, I imagine a lot of people have good intentions when they make bodypaints/makeup looks around this, but especially when there's been no research beforehand into the movement, it just comes across as self serving.

If you are going to make art to further the movement, you should use this opportunity to share resources, create a dialogue and do what you can to make a difference. Otherwise, it's only going to benefit the individual.
