Are the $1000 odd dollar ergonomic chairs worth, anyone have any experience with one? I'm occasionally dealing with back pain kekw, particularly when doing body paint streams and I'm wondering if a chair like that is worth the investment?

Hm.. I honestly don't think it's the chair causing the problem. Your body is bent in so many different angles when doing bodypaint that I think the issues lies there. Does your back hurt otherwise by the pc?
Yeh it does, just particularly during and after body paints it's worse.

Then yeah maybe. Like I saw kailo said. Only works if sitting properly (which I have a hard time seeing anyone do during gaming or bodypaint)

I don't know much about UK health care, but if possible I'd recommend going to a physical therapist first. They can check where the problem is, treat that and set up a plan to strengthen the right parts. Just make sure it's a real, educated physical therapist and not a chiro.
