Are the $1000 odd dollar ergonomic chairs worth, anyone have any experience with one? I'm occasionally dealing with back pain kekw, particularly when doing body paint streams and I'm wondering if a chair like that is worth the investment?

Herman Miller is incredible, and they do not cost 1k My posture has improved greatly due to it, and my body is less sore after a full day of sitting.
The Herman Miller chairs I am looking at right now are considerably over 1k..

good choice. you won't regret it. you're spending a lot of your lifetime in this chair. it's a work tool. you may change desks, but you'll keep the chair. and unlike those silly + cheap racing chairs, you'll still like this one in 20 years. lifetime warranty is a nice bonus.

One of my very good friends got a Herman Miller and says he didn't regret it a bit. He can sit in it for hours and not get sore. I think it ran him about 1200usd with all the custom stuff he did, but their chairs are absolutely fantastic
