Are the $1000 odd dollar ergonomic chairs worth, anyone have any experience with one? I'm occasionally dealing with back pain kekw, particularly when doing body paint streams and I'm wondering if a chair like that is worth the investment?

Are chairs with adjustable backs worth it? Yes. Do you have to pay quite that much for one? No.

I'm just saying with those expensive ones you are paying for the brand not the ergonomics. https://www.furniture-work.co.uk/office-chairs Plenty there for less than £100, not cool but just as ergonomic if the back is adjustable.
