Once a week if I'm lucky. 
it takes too long to dry and style hair man, besides, washing hair so regularly isn't good for it.

Oh my god you are so blessed I have to wash it every second night because it gets so oily

Gotta build up that hair wash tolerance girl! Try and do braids etc to cope with oily times and slowly lengthen the break period.
