Idk but after some dude shot a gun on stream everyone and their grandma are posting pics of their guns on Twitter and I'm just ???? Idk but I just find this so uncomfortable. So glad I live in the UK.

A knife can be (and has been) a weapon of mass casualty. Those who "see no need" simply haven't or chose not to educate and understand why Americans value firearms. Not that you have to agree, but some understanding would make the sight of a weapon much less "uncomfortable".
I don't doubt that other weapons are readily available, but knives aren't nearly as destructive as guns and I'd take my chances against a psycho with a knife vs a gun any day.

Without a doubt. I 100% agree there. I wasn't here to try to convince you guns are wonderful and harmless. Just that if you were to take the time to understand them and why our country values them, the site of them wouldn't make you uncomfortable.
