Endometriosis? Get tested if possible it is hideous pain. I had an ambulance called on me at the zoo and it was so embarrassing to explain, no I just need feminax, a hot water bottle, chocolate and not to move for three hours. Then I got the diagnosis. I hope you feel better soon

I tell my girls a hot water bottle, gentle movement and try Dill, cinnamon and ginger in your diet! All 3 have been shown to help with the pain! Oh and plenty of attention and love!
