Sadly their wording "fully covers the chest" is still vague and open to differing interpretation and hair splitting. An accurate diagram would be more helpful defining 'their definition' of "the chest". This would provide much needed clarity and less confusion.

That's great news for everyone. Body painting is art and should be treated the same as any other art form. To be fair I don't see why the streamer should be the one responsible. If someone doesn't like the content then they should just switch off. Noone is forcing you to watch
