Here in England those are called chavs.
Nah chav just means council house and violent, I've known many chavs who aren't so degrading towards women, even if they are full on spergs in every other capacity.

Nope, definitely not. It's generally used to describe someone low in society who is generally aggressive. Similarly to 'ned' in Scotland (non-educated delinquent). It's not necessarily synonymous with fuck boi.
