I agree body painting is an artwork. I strongly disagree that it's not sexual. It's a naive to say it isn't sexual when the person is 95% nude. Why it's allowed you would have to ask Twitch. They are very friendly against TOS changes when it comes to female streamers. My opinion.
1. I'm not 95% nude, what a bizarre number you pulled out of thin air. I am fully clothed/covered. 2. The body painters on Twitch aren't entirely comprised of women...

Even if it was 100% it would still be a blanket statement on something so culturally and personally singular. No idea how twitch is supposed to decide on a policy let alone enforce it.
