I agree with every except the refund... the customer got the product they wanted so don’t see why they would want/need a refund
Because the product should not have been for sale in the first place. It is my design that I own and decided is to no longer be reproduced. The customer should not have it to begin with. It is super poor of Teepublic to sell my design without permission..
Also, it was me who wanted it to be refunded as it should not have been for sale in the first place.
But did you not give them permission to produce the product with that design in the first place? What if it sold before they saw your request to remove the product and by the time they processed the request paperwork and removed the product it was already sold and shipped?
