I agree with every except the refund... the customer got the product they wanted so don’t see why they would want/need a refund
-
Because the product should not have been for sale in the first place. It is my design that I own and decided is to no longer be reproduced. The customer should not have it to begin with. It is super poor of Teepublic to sell my design without permission..

If you signed their terms of service you might be stuck wirh them having the right to sell stock for a while. So just accept it make new designs and move on, or fight it. It's a shit move by them but they might have the right to do so. :/

I didn't sign anything.
I asked them months before to remove my store.. They did.. And through some 'bug' they activated all disabled shops and someone bought product while that happened. Then they ignored me. They had no right to do this. - 2 more replies

Wow. That’s completely unacceptable

So upset because the design they sold was no longer ever intended to be sold again, they said it was a bug that caused my store to re-activate and then ignored me when I asked for that person to be refunded.

Teespring did this to us for a long time until I got my lawyer to send a C&D. Hey TeePublic: do you like lawsuits? Cos this is how you get sued.

I’m with Shannon on this - get a lawyer involved

They did that to me as well. In fact, my stuff is still up there lol. I sent them an email, and they asked for dcma. I don't know how that works, so I gave up. They literally bank on the fact that small creators do not understand copyright. They know what they are doing.

If you want to deal with it still, I can help with the DMCA process.
