My stream is 18+ for how I talk sometimes. It’s not because of what I wear. There are a lot of reasons why people put 18+. There are streams I see nowadays on twitch who definitely need that 18+ and don’t have it up. I dunno man. I don’t mind that category. But again that’s me.
The point flew over your head. You shouldn't have to set your stream as 18+ to wear everyday clothes! What message does this send to young girls about their bodies as they grow up? That they're inherently sexual and need to be categorised as adult.
Have you seen what people wear on twitch nowadays? Have you seen what girls wear nowadays outside? I go to Starbucks and see a girl who is in jr high wearing booty shorts and a crop top showing half her tits. It’s something I wouldnt my girl to wear. We have different opinions.

Mixer is a business. Youtube is a business. They need to cater to what is average everyday appropriate wear for certain viewers. That means, what would be allowed in a school environment. If what you are wearing wouldn't be allowed for a teacher, then its not appropriate.
Young people aren't that stupid. How young exactly are you talking about that they can't consciously think on their own "Am I showing too much skin"? and if they aren't I'd say with certainty their legal guardian still has to dress them.
