Well in my opinion twitch shouldn’t be about sex at all, it’s about entertainment and gaming. You guys can be whatever you like and I hope you are happy as you are, but pls don’t try to sexualize everything.

We don't need to tag ourselves as males or females when we go live i dont understand the logic here? LGBT tag is still there if you feel the need, if not move on. There's bigger things to worry about.
It's very important to the identity of trans people to not be misgendered, it's such a small thing and I can't tell how it could ever cause Twitch any trouble to have. If it makes a marginalised community feel more included, then it should be absolutely considered.
