Update: Ramon went down and talked to the neighbors again. Turns out they DO have my package. They said they would bring up the box once the daughter was home. YEEEEESH

Update: Adult daughter came up to our apartment to say she gave the package back to the mailman. That she “never would do that cause it’s bad karma” Except my tracking says the package was delivered. So I guess I’ll continue talking to Beauty Bay about a replacement.

You should tell them you're going to call the authorities unless your package somehow ends up on the doorstep lmao. Outrageous.

Yeah, you should absolutely do that. It’s against the law to steal mail and especially open mail that isn’t addressed to you. Also if you can record anything with your phone you should, even if you just turn on recording and hold it in your hand at your side.

I would also talk to your apartment complex about this. If you are living in one and all have the same landlord.
