It's a phenomenon that seems especially pronounced on Twitter - giving a hot take on every story or scandal or drama can become addictive or even feel like a responsibility. But it's totally fine to take breaks from it or just keep your opinions to yourself sometimes as well 
Something I wish I could do better. I find myself with too many opinions sometimes and I write out tweets, delete them, write them again and delete once more. It's actually frustrating to be this way

It's not hard to hide your opinion until one gets provoked enough to utter it. That's sadly a flaw I've seen come biting me in my uhm... "Rear end" more times than I could wish for. On my own streams one of my main rules are no politics or religion. :)
