You're probably right, it's just a frustrating sentiment to see a tweet designed only to gain traction based on the advice of a person who has never had to deal with actual chat toxicity before.
I totally understand and support your argument. Maybe cut your last sentence and it would have be much nicer imho. lead by example to create a less toxic community.
