i have an HD60 Pro internal capture card, and i have all the correct drivers and i have no sound from the device that i'm using , normally it's a ps4, but i've tried different devices and it gives the same result. OBS has the correct configs as well because it was working
Open OBS, right click Elgato Capt Card source, scroll down to Audio Output Mode and change it to Output Desktop Audio and lmk if you can hear it.

made sure to remove the device and drivers and reinstalled everything, picked output desktop audio and still no sound.. i'm super confused at this point thank you for helping btw

this might sound retarded but it's not the case, i don't use headphones on the ps4 controller so the chance of getting the sound from a different source is out :|

@jlcfreitas Do you usually listen with your headphones connected to the computer, or to the passthrough? Just to test, please open up the game capture HD software and see if you have audio bars in the software when you make sound on the PS4. - V - 4 more replies
